Ensuring Health, Safety and Environment

At BaltShip we recognize our responsibility in relation to global issues such as environment and human rights. Our HSEQ Department brings great effort into developing and implementing procedures and standards that ensure our contribution to the ongoing process of improving environment and human rights around the world.

Recently, we have thus been awarded the following certifications:

  • OHSAS 18001:2008 (Occupational Health and Safety)
  • ISO 14001:2004 (Environment)
  • SA 8000:2008 (Social Accountability)

In addition, our ISO 9001 quality certificate has been upgraded to the 2008 version.
