Seatainers Group and DSV merge their activities

The national competition authority has now verified DSV's acquisition of Seatainers Group and the integration of the activities will begin as of 2 April 2013.

We expect the companies to be fully integrated by the end of May.

Ongoing bookings with BaltShip will continue as agreed, and we look forward to the forthcoming cooperation with the aim to generate more synergies for all parties.
